Great little municipal campground near the Blue Ridge Parkway and 1-81. Good walking trails, field for dogs to run. Water, electric and wifi on level sites. Friendly staff. Washrooms with showers.
Nice level site in field area by Maury River. Only 30 amps & no sewer. Full hook ups are above field sites in wooded area. Sketchy electric. We chose by water for 5 days. Overall, no problems. Hopefully, the city will upgrade sites as with the improvements they are doing in the downtown area.
Great stopover when heading south on I81. Passport Park, so less than $20 a night with 30A and water, dump station is on-site.
Nice park in Buena Vista. Well maintained park. Clean restrooms
A good location for a quiet RV stay. Moderately good facilities. Police patrolled.
